Island police reports

Streetlife is based on incident reports from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office and the Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach police departments.

Anna Maria

July 26, 100 block of Los Cedros Drive, fire. MCSO deputies assisted another agency when an electric meter at a residence caught fire.

Bradenton Beach

Holmes Beach

July 22, 3700 block of Sixth Avenue, trespass after warning. An HBPD officer found a man in a park who had been trespassed from the property. The officer arrested the man and transported him to the Manatee County jail.

July 24, 5800 block of Marina Drive, potential theft. A property manager alleged that a man evicted from a property stole a trailer and asked HBPD to trespass the man from the property. However, HBPD contacted the evicted man, who verified the trailer belonged to him and a business partner.

July 25, 4000 block of Fifth Avenue, found firearm. The HBPD took a report of a handgun found in a rental property. An officer placed the handgun in storage.
